DIY {Circle Punch} Christmas Trees

Christmas trees on candle holders.
This one takes a bit of patience, but is really quite easy to put together.  The hardest part is cutting out all of your circles!  There are so many variations of this craft and I am really bad at remembering pictures while in the throws of craftiness, but I'll do my best to explain.
You'll Need:
3 differnt sized strofoam cones
3 Candle holders {any style or size will do}
*I sprayed mine all white to match*
paper, fabric, or felt in assorted colors and patterns
3 finials for the top
some white glitter
a glue gun with plenty of clear glue sticks

Step 1:{If needed}Spray paint your finials, and cangle stick holders

Step 2:  While the bases are drying, cut out a bunch of circles with whatever circle cutting contaption you have available
{Cut way more than you think you'll need, they go fast!}

Step 3: When the bases are dry, attach your strofoam cones to tthe top of the base using your hot glue gun.

Step 4: Beginning at the BOTTOM of your cone begin attaching your circle slightly over lapping using your hot glue gun.  When you get to the top, fold the edges over the top so it is covered.

Step 5:  Using your hot glue gun, attach your finials to the top of your tree.
Step 6:  For lack of a better word, glop some of that hot glue all ofer the top and quickly sprinkle glitter over the top.

Voila!

Now you have a great addition to your Holiday tabe and Christmas decor!
