Full of Thanks...

I have to start out by saying that we have all been loving the whole thankful leaves idea.  There have been many days when I have wanted to write several things and its hard to choose.  I truly have so much to be grateful for.

Our Thank yous have multiplied...

I am so grateful for the family that I have. Every last one of them.
I truly believe that it does take a village so to speak to raise children and I don't know how I would do without any of them.
I am so grateful to have such wonderful, supportive parents and in-laws.
I have amazing sisters and a brother that loves rough housing with my active kiddos.
Speaking of kiddos, I just love my boys more and more each day. They bring more joy to my life than I ever thought possible.  They make me laugh daily and they are growing into such good, caring little boys.
I was given the gift of my precious surro-fam last year and I just adore them. I love seeing all of the shinnannigans going on in their little houshold.
 I have a beautiful home.
I have fabulous friends that I can truly be myself with and I value their advice more than they will ever know.
Last but not least, I have a hardworking, handsome, supportive, loving husband. He is my rock and I lean on him probably more than I should, but he never complains. He works so hard for our little family and is always happy to help those in need. He is also an amazing role model for our little men.
I am truly grateful for all I have in my life...
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Happy Halloween!

We had another happy Halloween this year.  We have a great neighborhood full of kids, so I bought a few ginormous bags of candy and we went through it all.  We went door to door begging for sweets and let me tell you, the boys had this whole trick-or-treating thing down!  They were so fast and moved from house to house to house etc...We actually had trouble keeping up with them!  When we got home and I noticed we were out of candy, Ty dumped all of their candy into the treat basket and {much to my dismay} and to the boys delight, it was FULL again!
Hello sugar coma?!?!
Vampire Aaron and Obi Wan Kenobi getting ready to head out.

Ty and Aaron, with their friends...

This is Aaron's all time favorite holiday and we really went all out.  We decorated inside and out and even went all out with hair color and make up.  The boy was in heaven all night.  As soon as we walked in the door after trick-or-treating, it began pouring rain.  I looked over at Aaron and he looked a little bit sad.  When I asked him why, he said he was really unhappy that he had 365 more days until next Halloween but to him it would feel like a million.  Life's rough when you're a kid...

Dillan's Beach

This summer we were fortunate enough to go on a family vacation for my Mom's 60th birthday.  We went to Dillan's beach and had a great time!  It was definitely not the warmest of beaches and we did get caught in quite the wind storm, but we had fun nonetheless...

Mr. Cool in his element.

One thing the wind is good for...Kites!
They could have played catch the waves all day.

Yep, you look pretty darn cool too.
Auntie Auntie is a bit of a regular at Dillan's beach.

Jeremy pulled the boys back and forth for what seemed like hours on the board.  They LOVED it!
Aaron loved soaking up the warmth of the sand.
My prego sister catching a cat nap.

My 60 year old Mom with my "little" brother.
Loving every minute
My man doing the baywatch run...

Keeping this lawn ornament safe became a bit of an obsession for Beckie during the wind storm.

Kite flying and picnics on the deck
Soaking up the rays with my snuggly boy

Ty's 6th Birthday Party

We had Ty's birthday party at Wacky Tacky.  Yes, it was wacky and yes a little tacky, but the kids had a blast!!!

Natalie, Tyler and "baby Hayden"
Ty and Nat have had a little crush thing going on all school year...
Tyler and Ethan.
Balloon bending!
Face painting!
Wacky and Tacky chaos in the party room.
The birthday bash was a huge success.  We all went home with very tired kiddos that night.

A little impromptu photo session

On Easter Sunday, when we drove up the hill to my Dad and Donna's house, we were greeted by this beautiful sight.  I simply couldn't pass up the opportunity to capture a few photos with this blanket of flowers!

Happy Easter!

The Blairs

When my cousin Megan got married recentlly, my Uncle and all of my Aunts came to town. We decided to do a little impromptu photo op since it's not very often they are all under one roof.
Front: My Grandpa Max and my Grandma LaRetta.  Back right to left:  Tammy, Lori, Cherie, (my mom) Sue, Jan and Mike

So because of this "little " family here, I also have like 30 cousins and some crazy number of second cousins.

Who would have thought that because of two people falling in love...their family would multiply into like 80 people.  So awesome right?  Here they are doing Kissy faces.  I love my family...
